These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gatorengineered.com (the "Site"), operated by Gator Engineered Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe our services and allow prospective clients to get in touch. You agree not to use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, to attempt to disrupt or overload the Site, or to use any automated system to scrape or submit data without our consent.
No Client Relationship From Browsing
Viewing the Site, reading blog content, or submitting a contact form does not, by itself, create a client, contractor, or fiduciary relationship between you and Gator Engineered Technologies. A formal engagement begins only once both parties agree in writing to a scope of work, pricing, and timeline.
Service Engagements
Any paid engagement — web development, AI automation, marketing, or fractional technical leadership — is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Gator Engineered Technologies and the client. These Terms apply to use of the Site itself; they do not replace or override the terms of a signed client agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Gator Engineered Technologies unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without our written permission. Deliverables produced under a paid client engagement are governed by the ownership terms of that engagement's written agreement, not by these Terms.
No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gator Engineered Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party services, including Microsoft Bookings for scheduling calls. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
